"Lovitz or Leavitz" will be a new weekly series debuting on Lovitz's upcoming Vodcast Network.

Comedian Jon Lovitz is launching a vodcast.

Lovitz's weekly vodcast (a podcast with a video element), Lovitz or Leavitz, will be taped every Saturday night at a new studio at his Jon Lovitz Comedy Club & Podcast Theatre at the Universal CityWalk, The Hollywood Reporter has learned exclusively.

They will air as a vodcast the following day on the new Jon Lovitz Vodcast Network, which launches June 30. Negotiations are currently underway for Loveitz or Leavitz to be live-streamed.

To kick off the new endeavor, comedian-actor Dana Carvey will reunite with his Saturday Night Live colleague for the first taping, slated for June 29. The show, which will air 7 p.m. Sundays on The Jon Lovitz Comedy Club website and its YouTube channel, will be in the vein of a "classic" talk show, featuring "humorous" and "lively" chats about a slew of topics with celebrities and/or experts and comedy sketches.

“Make no mistake about it. This is an actual talk show,” said Lovitz. “And because we don’t answer to network executives or censors, audiences can look forward to some pretty lively shows.”

Additional celebrity guests for upcoming vodcast shows will be announced shortly. Tickets for the Lovitz or Leavitz tapings are available at the box office or online at www.thejonlovitzcomedyclub.com.

The Jon Lovitz Vodcast Network will feature sports, politics and comedy. Planned shows include FYI Sports Talk with Robert Fick and Dmitri Young, the Talking Marijuana, Crabmans Rock 'n' Roll Revival, Controlled Kaos with Gary Garver and radio personality Frazer Smith.

Apr. 8, 2013 - LOS ANGELES, CA-- Oscar and Emmy winning actress Cloris Leachman is being honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award at the 56th Annual Genii Awards on Tuesday, April 23, presented by the Alliance for Women in Media Southern California. Leachman’s acting career dates back to the 1950s when she studied with Oscar and Tony winning writer/director Elia Kazan, whose other protégés include Warren Beatty, Lee Remick and Eli Wallach. Leachman starred on Broadway as Nellie Forbush in the original run of the Rodgers and Hammerstein classic “South Pacific,” followed by other Broadway roles and appearances in acclaimed television series like “Studio One” and “Suspense.” She won an Oscar as Best Supporting Actress in 1971 for her riveting performance in “The Last Picture Show.” But audiences around the country really came to know and love her as the quirky Phyllis Lindstrom, friend, neighbor and landlord to Mary Richards in the classic 1970s sitcom, “The Mary Tyler Moore Show.”

“We are so thrilled to be honoring Cloris this year,” says AWMSC President Erica Olsen. “Over the course of her more than 60 year career, Cloris has earned eight primetime Emmys, an achievement no other actor has come close to. The diversity of roles she’s played over the years is remarkable – everything from tear-inducing drama to laugh out loud comedy. Cloris is also well known as someone who gives of her time. Most recently I was graced by God. OM Times Magazine asked me to write an article for them on my constant complaints about manifesting my man. That elusive, fabulous dream boat that ceases to exist in reality, but not in my head. So the question then comes about. What is it we constantly hear? "Think it Nadine, feel it Nadine and then you'll create it Nadine." Millions of hours of therapy later, nill, nada, null and void. He has not appeared. Is my head not aligning with my heart? Am I not willing to accept my fate? WTF? OMG! And so the question truly is...If you can manifest your man in your heart chakra, in your mind and you can FEEL that he exists, why do the guys who don't treat me well always appear? In my quest, I consulted with my favorite astrologer, who also happens to be one of my most fabulous friends in the world. Here are the questions and answers that ensued in my "Manifest A Man For Valentines" with Patty Kamson.
